The company was founded in 1988 with 4 employees and 1 service offering. With Mr. Frione’s guidance and leadership, the company quickly expanded to 6 service divisions, 160 employees and 4 offices throughout Florida. Throughout the 28 years in business, Mr. Frione has consistently found creative and innovative ways to expand and improve the business through creating a culture by team building, continuing education, investment of resources and business networking.
With his active involvement with Vistage Florida, Frank has further enhanced the corporate environment with strategic planning, management workshops and leadership training. Frank has always been a proactive leader by successfully positioning the firm with financial and business plans for the next 5, 10 and 15 years. In addition, Mr. Frione has taken the leadership role in the acquisitions of several other companies that have allowed GFA to steadily gain more market-share. Frank has also implemented numerous employee benefit programs including Corporate Chaplains, wellness fairs, 401k match, charity fundraisers and numerous social networking opportunities.
Even during economic downturns that crippled the construction industry, Frank successfully positioned the firm to not only overcome the challenges, but to emerge even stronger. This was mainly due to the fact that Frank had expanded into new and beneficial service areas throughout many sectors of the market. Frank has also added value to the company by always putting the personnel first which has helped GFA become renowned for its stellar customer service and reputation in the construction industry.
