PLACE OF HOPE SELECTS FRANK AND LAURA FRIONE AS THE RECIPIENTS OF THE 2016 JAY DIPIETRO “HERO OF HOPE” AWARD

We are pleased to announce that GFA’s very own Frank and Laura Frione have been selected as this years award recipients of the Place Of Hope “Hero of Hope” award!

Laura and Frank Frione will be presented with the “Hero of Hope” award for their tremendous support of children in need on October 28th, at the 4th Annual Hope Bash Boca. The Friones have been instrumental in generating interest and recruiting others to help transform the Place of Hope Boca Raton campus into a nurturing home for foster children and young people who have aged out of foster care.

This years Place of Hope at The Leighan and David Rinker Campus annual gala theme is “Boca to Broadway” and will feature a VIP reception/silent auction, live entertainment and dancing, and a rousing, live auction.  Tickets are $250 per person and can be purchased at www.placeofhoperinker.org

Proceeds from the gala fundraiser benefit the programs and operations of Place of Hope at The Leighan and David Rinker Campus, an expansion of the Palm Beach Gardens-based Place of Hope. With campuses in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, Place of Hope is a faith-based, state-licensed children’s organization that provides family-style foster care (emergency and long-term); family outreach and intervention; maternity care; safety for domestic minor sexually trafficked victims; transitional housing and support services; adoption and foster care recruitment and support; hope and healing opportunities for children and families who have been traumatized by abuse and neglect.
