Addison Reserve Country Club

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing tennis building, pool area and parking lot, and the construction of an approximate 24,051-square foot fitness/spa center, an approximate 7,972-square foot bistro building, swimming pool, lap pool, fountains/waterfalls, hardscape and associated site work. 

GFA Services
  • GFA performed a Geotechnical Exploration consisting of nine standard penetration test (SPT) borings to depths ranging from 15 to 20 feet below existing grade and three asphalt cores. In addition, GFA performed seven standard penetration test borings to depths of 2-feet below existing grade with cores for the guardhouse. 
  • GFA provided engineering field technicians and a certified laboratory to complete Construction Materials Testing for all soil, aggregate, and concrete materials used for the project. 
  • GFA provided licensed inspectors to perform Threshold Inspections for reinforcing steel placement, shoring and re-shoring inspection verification, concrete and grout placement monitoring, structural steel, guard rails and stair rails, handrails, ladders, elevator guide rails, and window and roof attachments.
