Jupiter Medical Center CEP Upgrades & Florence A. DeGeorge Pavilion

This project consisted of the construction of a 44 bed, 3-story tower addition to the existing campus with connection to the existing hospital, central energy plant upgrades and site improvements, including relocation of site utilities and additional parking areas. The tower project is a 3-floor concrete frame structure of approximately 89,000 BGSF and the central energy plant upgrades include renovation of approximately 8,500 BGSF. The buildings are constructed of reinforced concrete, masonry, and structural steel. The buildings are supported on deep pile foundations.
