Lake Worth Casino

This project consisted of renovations to the existing Lake Worth Casino building. This included interior, exterior, and roof building materials associated with the commercial building. The building contains approximately 24,000-square feet. The complex features a new oceanfront park, restrooms and picnic facilities which complement the William O. Lockhart Municipal Pier. A unique distinction on the second floor of the casino building is a 3,000-square foot ballroom that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean with wrap-around terraces.

GFA Services
  • GFA performed an asbestos survey in accordance with EPA NESHAP regulations for the historic Lake Worth Casino building. Several areas of the building were identified to contain asbestos. GFA joined forces with a State of Florida licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor to have the asbestos containing materials properly abated prior to renovation activities.
  • GFA provided engineering field technicians and a certified laboratory to complete construction materials testing services for all soil, aggregate, and concrete material used for the project.
