3900 Biscayne

This project consists of the new construction of a 12-story residential building with a 5-story parking garage and amenity spaces on the 6th floor and roof level. The building will be approximately 549,217-square feet. The estimated total cost of construction is approximately $71.9 million.

GFA Role
  • GFA is providing field technicians and a certified laboratory to complete construction materials testing for all soils and concrete materials used for the project and site work.
  • GFA is providing licensed inspectors to complete all threshold inspections for reinforcing steel placement, shoring and re-shoring verification, concrete and grout placement monitoring, pre and post-fill cell grouting, and structural steel connections for welds and bolts.
  • GFA is providing licensed inspectors to monitor the post-tensioned cable stressing and measuring and recording of the cable elongations and preparation of reports of the results.
