JM Family Enterprise Headquarters Expansion

This project consists of the new construction of a new corporate office campus which will consist of phased demolition of existing buildings, site improvements, 8 new buildings, outdoor amphitheater, and various site amenities. Building A and Building B will be a four-story building with approximately 88,081-square feet. The parking garage will be a five story concrete structure with approximately 289,919-square feet. The dining facility will be a two-story structure with 29,550-square feet. The central energy plant will be a 1-story structure with approximately 6,567-square feet. Building C will be a 4-story structure with approximately 88,081-square feet. The conference/training building will be a two-story, 33,147-square foot structure. The sports/recreation center will be a 1-story structure with approximately 21,880-square feet. 

GFA Services
  • GFA is providing engineering field technicians to oversee vibro-replacement activities. This includes vibration monitoring and confirmation borings at vibro points.
  • GFA is providing engineering field technicians and a certified laboratory to complete Construction Materials Testing for all soils and concrete materials utilized for the project construction. 
  • GFA is performing floor flatness testing in accordance with ASTM E1155.
  • GFA is providing licensed inspectors to perform special inspections on the structural components as required by the City of Deerfield Beach. This includes engineered unit masonry, weld connections, and bolt connections. 
  • GFA is providing licensed inspectors to perform threshold inspections for all reinforcing steel placements, shoring and re-shoring inspection verification, concrete and grout placement monitoring, pre and post fill cell grouting, exterior windows and doors, and structural steel. 
  • GFA is providing licensed inspectors to perform Fire Proofing Inspections and Ultrasonic Weld Inspections.
